Mountain Gorillas are only found in the tropical rain forests of Rwanda, Uganda as well as Congo. These are the only countries were one can visit the remaining few 720 mountain gorillas that thrive in the world. Gorilla Trekking in Uganda and Rwanda require one to have purchased a gorilla permits in advance because only a maximum of Eight people are allowed to enter the forest to visit each gorilla group per day in all three countries. Only One hour is allowed for visitors to spend with the gorillas once you meet them. In that hour you have the chance to take photographs and observe them in their natural habitat.
